Scuffletown and Matty Metcalfe have been shaking stages from Nashville to Dublin for longer than they care to admit. Their swampy, high-energy brand of Americana is tinged with influences from delta blues to modern alt-country (with just a touch of jazz, swing, zydeco and bluegrass thrown in for good measure), and their combination of acoustic and steel guitars, harmonica, flute and accordion reimagines familiar songs as well as their acclaimed originals.
