David grew up playing music in Boston, first discovering bluegrass in college at the Philadelphia Folk Festival where he sawpioneering flat picker Doc Watson and newgrass legends Sam Bush and David Bromberg.
Daring Coyotes is based around original material by David and live is an improvisational experience, going deep on original and traditional tunes with a modern flair.
